Conditions of purchase in the shop

All purchases made throug www.viajarconmuchogusto.com are subject to the general conditions of purchase set out in this document. The approved sales for distance sales regulated by the Law 47/2002. Viajes Vista Alegre S.L. has its registered office in C/ Amargura 12, 1ºC - 29012 Málaga.

In Internet you can find us in our web page www.viajarconmuchogusto.com, in which are exposed the products and services that we have at the disposal of our clients.

1.- Security

All data provided by users are encrypted under the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layers). The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the User's computer and that of the Website.

2.- Price list

All the prices shown in the lists of our products are, unless otherwise indicated, without transport. In the final purchase summary the final price of the purchase is shown, indicating the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes. For orders from outside Spain it is recommended to request a quote, as prices may vary depending on quantities, transport and method of payment.

3.- Payment sistems

Below are the different payment methods supported by our virtual shop

  • Bank transfer: A bank transfer will be made to the account number indicated in the payment methods, indicating the order code in the concept. Once this has been done, the bank receipt will be sent by e-mail to info@viajarconmuchogusto.com. The customer must take into account that transfers between different banks can take several days. Viajar con Mucho Gusto will not send the goods until the money is in its possession.
  • Paypal: It is the fast and secure way to pay on the Internet. The customer can easily pay his purchases with debit card, credit card or bank account through PayPal.
  • • Credit or debit card: Payment will be made by credit or debit card through the bank branch. A 1% bank commission may be charged. Viajar con Mucho Gusto is not responsible for this type of operations, the responsible would be in any case the bank owner of the payment gateway, who authorizes or not the operation. Viajar con Mucho Gusto reserves the right not to send the goods if there is any indication of fraudulent transaction or stolen card.

4.- Shipping policy

The orders of products in stock are dispatched the same day for payments made before 17:00 p.m. Otherwise, they are dispatched the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will not be delivered and are not counted as working days.

No order will be dispatched until payment has been received.

  • The delivery times indicated may vary. Its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order, nor will make Viajar con Mucho Gusto responsible for any compensation to the customer.
  • We work with different shipping companies. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of purchase by the customer. Subsequent changes to the place of delivery requested by the customer may incur additional costs on top of the sale price.
  • If the recipient does not accept the delivery of the goods, the buyer will be responsible for paying the value of the shipment and the cost of the return.
  • Viajar con Mucho Gusto only be responsible for the merchandise until it has been placed in the hands of the transport agency chosen by the client, or failing that by ourselves

The client is responsible for verifying the content and condition of the goods at the time of delivery. Once the goods have been accepted and his signature has been entered on the copy of the transport company's waybill, he declares his acceptance of what he has received and waives any further claims regarding the suitability and identity of the goods ordered and received. In the event that the client verifies at the time of delivery errors in the merchandise received or that it is visually damaged, he/she must record these circumstances in the carrier's waybill and inform Viajar con Mucho Gusto of these facts within 24 hours, by e-mail.

5.- Return policy

Viajar con Mucho Gusto accepts the request for any return, within a period of 15 calendar days after receipt of the product by the customer. In particular cases this period may be extended up to a maximum of 30 days.

It is advisable to check the condition of the purchase at the time of receipt to observe any deterioration supposedly caused by transport.

Any return must arrive in perfect condition with the original box or packaging and labelling, and correctly protected. Obviously without signs of having been assembled and/or used. In the event that the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.

If the reasons for the return are those listed below, Viajar con Mucho Gusto will proceed to withdraw the product assuming the costs of the return:

  • Shipment by mistake of a product different from the one ordered.
  • Breakage or poor condition of the order or its contents.
  • Delay in the established delivery time.

In the event that the return is for other reasons, it will be the customer who assumes the cost of the return. Obviously, the returned product may be exchanged for another one, but the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will not accept, under any circumstances, the return of items that do not meet the above conditions.

The process for requesting a return is as follows:

  • Send an e-mail informing the delivery note number, delivery note date, reference/s of the product/s to be returned and the reason for the return.
  • In case of exchange, indicate the new product requested.

To Viajar con Mucho Gusto to process any return it is essential that you contact us beforehand. Viajar con Mucho Gusto will not accept any return if it has not previously received notification.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check that all the above conditions are correct, Viajar con Mucho Gusto will accept the return of the product and will proceed to the refund of the amount according to the method of payment, and if necessary, to the shipment of the new product.

6.- Guarantee

Customers of Viajar con Mucho Gusto benefit from the specific guarantee for each product. Thus, if the product has a manufacturing defect or there is any justified reason, the customer may request the replacement of the material. In the event that the product is not in stock, the order will remain pending shipment until it is replaced. However, the customer may also request the replacement by another article or the refund of the amount paid. Excluded from this guarantee are defects or flaws due to incorrect use of the products, as well as any loss of functionality due to the limited design of the products.

In all matters not covered by this clause, reference should be made to Law 23/2003 of 10 July 2003 on guarantees in the sale of consumer goods, or to the regulations in force at any given time.

8.- Limitation of responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to be technically and medically able to use the articles distributed on our website.

9.- Legislation and jurisprudence

These general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the subject, which shall be applied subsidiarily in all matters not provided for herein. The contract shall be presumed to have been concluded at the business address of Viajar con Mucho Gusto, place that will determine the competent jurisdiction in possible conflicts that may arise in the future.
