DAY 1: SEVILLE
Possibility of transfer to Seville from Malaga or Granada. Arrival and accommodation at the hotel. Walk through the center. We suggest going out for tapas and how about trying a craft beer? Afterwards, accommodation.
DAY 2: SEVILLE-EL CONDADO-JABUGO-SANLUCAR/JEREZ
Breakfast at the hotel, departure to the area of El Condado in Huelva where we will visit a winery.
We share with you our passion for wine. You will learn from the owners about the origins, history, facilities and the whole process of wine aging.
We will make you live the experience of the passionate world of biological aging under the veil of flor and the traditional and unique Orange Wine. Strategically located in the heart of the Doñana region and in the heart of the Condado de Huelva D.O., being the town with the largest number of wineries in the area. A privileged place between the Costa de la Luz and the Sierra de Huelva, to complete the visit with the village of El Rocio, the Doñana National Park, the Colombian sites and the miles of paradisiacal beaches. The visit will last 1 hour and a half and includes a tasting of "tasting identification" (discover what wine you are through your personality).
Then we will go to Jabugo where we will visit the pasture, facilities and drying of hams, product development and tasting. We will visit the pastures where the Iberian pig is raised in freedom, along with the natural drying sheds. For about 50 minutes we walk through the pastures of the Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve, Sierra de Aracena in Huelva. We talk about the genetic characteristics and behavior of purebred Iberian pigs in their environment. We will enjoy two types of ham:
- 50% Iberian cebo ham.
- Acorn-fed 100% Iberian ham D. O. Jabugo
Knife cut at the time, accompanied with wine. To finish, 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin or Iberian acorn-fed pork loin paired with sweet orange wine.
Continuation to Jerez. Walk through the center and suggestion of tapas in a typical "tabanco". Overnight stay.
DAY 3: SANLUCAR-JEREZ-CÓRDOBA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Bodegas Tio Pepe and then transfer to Sanlucar to visit another winery and taste its "manzanilla". We suggest going to eat in the center the essential "tortillitas de camarones" (shrimp omelets) and other delicacies. Continuation to Cordoba and suggestion of tapas in one of its typical taverns. Overnight stay.
DAY 4: CÓRDOBA-MALAGA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit through a winery in the area of Montilla. Our suggestion is to have lunch in the area and possible visit through another winery. Continuation to Malaga. We will suggest a place for tapas. Overnight stay.
DAY 5: MALAGA/AXARQUIA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit through the Axarquia area, raisin route and winery with tasting of 3 wines accompanied by cold appetizers and subsequent lunch-tapeo. Return to Malaga. A suggestion of dinner-tapeo in some other typical local. Overnight stay.
DAY 6: MALAGA/RONDA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit through the city. Lunch at chiringuito. Afternoon and evening free. Lodging.
DAY 7: MALAGA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit through a winery in Ronda, city and lunch-tapeo. Return to Malaga.
Dinner in a downtown restaurant. Lodging.
DAY 8: MALAGA
Breakfast at the hotel. END OF THE TRIP AND OUR SERVICES
