The different wineries offer multiple types of visits and experiences, explaining everything from the winemaking process, visits to the vineyards amidst spectacular scenery, to tastings of a minimum of 3 wines with or without appetizers of local products such as cheeses, cold meats, etc.

GROSS BROTHERS WINERY
The winery:
Born in 2007 as a family project that combines tradition, innovation and modernity. It is the fruit of a long family tradition of winemakers and exporters from Malaga in the 19th and 20th centuries (Federico Gross y Cía., Gross Hermanos and Bodegas Scholtz) who made typical Malaga products (especially sultanas and Malaga wine) internationally famous and won a large number of international awards. This new generation takes up the project of their predecessors with the renewed enthusiasm of a job well done. The elaboration process of our wines is carried out in our facilities following procedures that guarantee the highest quality and control from the treatment of the grapes until the wine is obtained. The ageing and maturing are carried out in French oak barrels of the best quality, using different toasting depending on the needs of each wine to be made. In our winery, we have a tasting room where you can taste our products while admiring a natural landscape of extraordinary beauty.
Description of the visit:
In addition to offering a visit to our vineyards and winery, the particular and privileged natural and historical enclave in which the winery is located, the visit will conclude with a tasting of 4 of our wines, accompanied by an assortment of tapas.
Due to its location, it is an excellent option to visit after El Torcal. It is also possible to have lunch here (on request).
CORTIJO LA FUENTE WINERY (minimum 10 people)
History of the winery:
Cortijo La Fuente was built at the end of the 19th century by our ancestors in the shadow of the 'Torcal de Antequera' and surrounded by vineyards. Here we have been caring for, pampering and selecting our vineyards for many years. Decades elaborating in the traditional way, searching for new wines, new aromas, flavours, the most appropriate barrels, the type of ageing, perfecting the way of elaboration. Finally, for the 2008 harvest, we began the production process, thus achieving unique wines with their own personality, different, elegant and of great quality.
Description of the visit:
Visit to the vineyard, located at the back of the winery. Visit to the winemaking facilities, with an explanation of all the processes, from the pressing of the grapes to the final bottling of the wine. Visit to the ageing cellar. Tasting and sampling of four of our best wines, accompanied by appetizers (olives, potatoes, peppers, nuts, Iberian sausage or cheese and chorizo in wine).

Enjoyment of the experiences:
- 1-day or weekend experiences can be enjoyed individually or in a group.
- Long experiences or large experiences may require a minimum number of participants (usually 8).
- Conditions and cancellation fees for "Premium Experiences" should be consulted on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation policy:
- 1-day experiences:
- With more than 7 days notice there are no cancellation fees.
- Between 7 and 3 days before departure 25% of the total amount of the trip.
- 2 days before or no show at departure 100% of the total cost of the trip
- In case of special conditions of hiring a service: 100% of the total cost of the trip
- Administration fee: 5€.
- Weekend experiences, long experiences or great experiences:
- With more than 14 days notice there is no cancellation fee.
- Between 14 and 10 days, 5% of the total amount of the trip.
- Between 10 and 7 days 15% of the total cost of the trip
- Between 7 and 3 days before departure 25% of the total cost of the trip
- 2 days before or no-show at departure 100% of the total cost of the trip
- In case of special conditions of contracting a service such as transport, accommodation, etc., 100% of the total cost may apply
- Management fees that could be applied in case of cancellation of the trip:
- Weekend experiences: 10€.
- Long experiences or big experiences: 20€.
Weekend experiences, long experiences or great experiences, conditions subject to the current Package Travel Act.
Everything included in the programme may be modified as it is subject to the indications of the Government motivated by the Covid19 to ensure safety and follow the current regulations.
