Malaga is known for many things, but perhaps one of the most unknown is its gastronomy. In this trip we want to show you its wines from 2 different areas of the province, its " pasa" which was an important economic engine and of course its pescaitos, tapas, etc. accompanied by an expert guide.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN MALAGA
Pick up at the station or airport and transfer to the hotel. Appointment at the indicated time for a short walk around the city, before heading to the restaurant to enjoy a paired dinner. Possibility to have a drink in the centre. Accommodation.

DAY 2: AXARQUIA
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer first to Borge, seeing the vertical vineyards of the Axarquia, to take a walk through the village, visit the monument of the pasero and the wine museum where you will taste a "wine of pasas". Continue to Almachar to see the raisins and learn about the production of the muscatel pasa grape, whose production is World Agricultural Heritage and visit the raisin cooperative with a tasting. We will continue to Moclinejo, where we will visit a winery, learn about the elaboration of the Málaga and Sierras de Málaga wines with a tasting of 3 wines from the area. Lunch in a local restaurant with "Kilómetro 0" products. Return to Malaga and free afternoon. Accommodation.

DAY 3: RONDA
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the beautiful and stately town of Ronda. First visit to a local winery with tasting of "D.O. Sierras de Málaga" wines. Walk through the centre, viewpoint of "El Tajo" and lunch in a local restaurant. Return to Malaga and free afternoon. Accommodation.

DAY 4: RETURN
Breakfast at the hotel. Depending on the time of return, you could visit the historical centre, the Alcazaba and some of the most emblematic taverns of the city. If you want to stay for lunch we will recommend a chiringuito to eat espetos and pescaito.  END OF THE TRIP AND OUR SERVICES.
