- WINERY DOÑA FELISA
- The winery:
Bodega Doña Felisa is situated at 900m above sea level, surrounded by 3 natural parks, Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park and Alameda del Tajo. In the vicinity of the Roman ruins of Acinipo, known as the "Land of Wines", where coins minted with a bunch of grapes and the remains of wine presses have been found, which attest to the great wine-producing tradition of the area.

You will enjoy a guided tour of the vineyard and our winemaking rooms, where you will learn how our wines are made from start to finish. Finishing with a tasting of 4 of our wines, accompanied by an assortment of tapas.
- ECOWINERY KIENINGER
- History of the winery:
It is located at the foot of the Sierra de las Cumbres mountain range at 800 m above sea level and offers beautiful views of RONDA and Arriate. The site is surrounded by centuries-old holm oak groves. The three hectares of vineyards surround the Bodega and are under exquisite care and craftsmanship. The work in the vineyards as well as in the winery follows the criteria of organic agriculture. The elaboration of our award-winning wines is carried out in the winery itself, and with our own grapes. We offer 3 main types of crianza red wine. VINANA, a coupage of 4 French varieties that enhance their flavours in an amazing way, the 7VIN made with two varieties hardly known in Spain, Blaufraenkisch and Zweigelt and our MAXX wine, a product of the blending of the Spanish red Garnacha grape and the almost disappeared Andalusian native Tintilla de Rota. We also produce ROSARA, a fruity and tasty Rosé of high quality. All the wines are certified by the organic agriculture committee and biodynamic practices. And finally we produce EZEQUIEL. This angel born in 2016 is a pure red wine without any added sulphites.
- Description of the visit:
Visit to the vineyards, natural environment of the winery, production room, ageing room and we finish with the tasting of 4 wines accompanied by local products such as goat cheese, salchichón de la serranía or olives from Ronda.
- WINERY EXCELENCIA
- History of the winery:
Dedicated to the production of wines since 2006, located in a privileged area of the Serrania de Ronda, where centuries ago was located the Roman city of Acinipo, origin of the history of the wines of Ronda. Its maximum objective is to spare no effort and sacrifice in order to achieve excellence in winemaking within the Serrania.
- Description of the visit:
We finish in the beautiful tasting room overlooking the valley of Los Frontones with the tasting of 4 or 5 wines accompanied with local products from the Serrania de Ronda.
- WINERY F. SCHATZ
- History of the winery:
Ecological and biodynamic winery, pioneer in the recovery of wine production in the Serrania de Ronda in 1982, when its founder Friedrich Shatz, at the age of 18, embarked on a journey with the purpose of setting up his own winery, becoming the pioneer in the production of wines in the Serrania de Ronda since the Phylloxera. After several years of travelling, he decided to choose our land, specifically the Finca Sanguijuela. There are several reasons for his decision, some of them could be its geographical location, about 10 km from the city, on a plateau 700 m above sea level, surrounded by the Sierra de Grazalema and the Sierra de las Nieves, which protects it from the winds and offers a stable rainfall and, another curious trigger that made him fall in love with this estate, is that it shares with him the initials of his name (FS).
- Description of the visit:
- 1- The visit starts at the entrance of the garden of the Finca Sanguijuela where this winery is located and where we explain the origin of viticulture and wine production in the Serrania de Ronda and the history of the winery.
- 2- We continue with a walk through the vineyard where we will see the different varieties of grapes of the winery and the different viticulture works that are carried out.
- 3- Then we go to the winery where we describe in a dynamic way the different processes of how wine is made and we finish with a wine tasting accompanied with local products from the Serrania de Ronda.
- LUNARES WINERY
- History of the winery:
Winery of the Morales Family that has been producing wines with its own style, great personality and exquisite quality since 2003 in the Serrania de Ronda, in a plot of about 4 Hectares with the name of "Finca Lunares" which in turn gives its name to the winery.
- Description of the visit:
In our visit we explain the origin of viticulture and wine production in the Serrania de Ronda, the history of the winery, we walk through the vineyard where we explain the different types of grapes used in the winery and the different work carried out in the vineyard, then we go to the winery where we describe in a dynamic way the different processes of how the wine is made and we finish with a tasting accompanied by local products from the Serrania de Ronda.
- WINERY LA MELONERA
- History of the winery:
The project of the bodega La Melonera winery is, to say the least, sophisticated and meritorious. This bodega in the Serrania is located on an estate of about 8 hectares full of centenary holm oaks and where the clearings between these holm oaks are used to plant the varieties with which this bodega works. These varieties make this bodega a special and unique place, as they pursue the objective of recovering all the native varieties of the Serranía de Ronda that we had before the agricultural catastrophe caused by the arrival of phylloxera in 1878. These varieties are, among others, the Perruna, the Corchera, the Blasco, the Tintilla de Rota and the most important for them and the one that gives its name to the winery, the Melonera.
- Description of the visit:
Reception at the entrance, where we explain the history of the winery and its research projects. Walk through a small vineyard where the different types of vine cultivation are reflected, and where we will learn about each of them and their characteristics. Walk through the winery, where we will follow the journey of the grapes in the winemaking process, explaining each part of this process from the moment the grapes are born until the wine is served in the glass. This transformation of the grapes is carried out in the impressive and modern facilities of this winery, and all this with the most exclusive and innovative processes to obtain high quality wines. We finish in the tasting room where we will have a tasting accompanied by products from the Serranía de Ronda.

PARADOR DE RONDA
In the centre of the city, in a privileged location, next to the emblematic New Bridge of Ronda, you will find the Parador, on top of the old Town Hall. It is located in an impressive enclave, with unique views over the Tajo, a cleft 120 metres deep. Inside you will enjoy the soft tones that decorate its spacious, bright rooms. You can bathe and sunbathe in its gardens with swimming pool, and marvel at the views from the rooms, many of which are duplexes with terraces.
