Extremadura. Wine and gastronomy

HALF DAY TOUR
09.30 h. Pick up at the indicated meeting point.
Departure by shared vehicle (consult private tours) to visit 2 wineries with wine tasting and an oil mill with oil tasting and then transfer to Zafra to visit its historic centre. We continue to the restaurant to enjoy a gastronomic menu with local products.
Approximate duration: 6 hours.

FULL DAY TOUR:
09.30 h. Pick up at the indicated meeting point.
Departure in a shared vehicle (consult private tours) to visit 2 wineries with wine tasting and an oil mill with oil tasting or an artisan cheese factory and then transfer to visit the historic centre of one of these cities of your choice: Trujillo, Guadalupe, Cáceres, Mérida or Zafra. We continue to the restaurant to enjoy a gastronomic menu with local products.
Approximate duration: 11 hours.

THE HALF DAY TOUR INCLUDES:

• Pick up and transfer from accommodation and/or meeting points (from Mérida, Almendralejo and Zafra).
• Sommelier/driver
• Transport in a comfortable minivan to the different visits.
• Visit to the historic centre of Zafra
• Two guided visits to a winery and/or oil mill, including tasting of products (wines and/or oils).
• A quality meal based on gastronomic products from Extremadura in a renowned restaurant.
• Entrance fees to wineries, olive oil mills, museums.
• Management fees

THE FULL DAY PRIVATE TOUR INCLUDES:

• Pick up and transfer from accommodation or meeting point (all Extremadura and Seville).
• Sommelier/driver
• Transport in a comfortable minivan
• Visit to the historic centre of one of the following cities: Trujillo, Guadalupe, Cáceres, Mérida or Zafra (depending on the selected area).
• Two guided visits to the wineries, including wine tasting.
• A visit to a traditional olive oil mill or artisan cheese factory with a tasting of their award-winning gastronomic products.
• A quality meal based on gastronomic products from Extremadura in a top restaurant.
• Entrance fees to wineries, olive oil mills, museums, official tour guide.
• Management fees
• Price based on private visit for 2 people, please consult for more participants.

Not included:

• Transport to the pick-up point
• In general any item not indicated in "What's included".

Enjoyment of the experiences:

• 1-day or weekend experiences can be enjoyed individually or in a group.
• Long experiences or large experiences may require a minimum number of participants (usually 8).
• Conditions and cancellation fees for "Premium Experiences" should be consulted on a case-by-case basis.

 

Cancellation policy:

• 1-day experiences:
  • With more than 7 days notice there are no cancellation fees.
  • Between 7 and 3 days before departure 25% of the total amount of the trip.
  • 2 days before or no show at departure 100% of the total cost of the trip
  • In case of special conditions of hiring a service: 100% of the total cost of the trip
  • Administration fee: 5€.
• Weekend experiences, long experiences or great experiences:
  • With more than 14 days notice there is no cancellation fee.
  • Between 14 and 10 days, 5% of the total amount of the trip.
  • Between 10 and 7 days 15% of the total cost of the trip
  • Between 7 and 3 days before departure 25% of the total cost of the trip
  • 2 days before or no-show at departure 100% of the total cost of the trip
  • In case of special conditions of contracting a service such as transport, accommodation, etc., 100% of the total cost may apply
  • Management fees that could be applied in case of cancellation of the trip:
    • Weekend experiences: 10€.
    • Long experiences or big experiences: 20€.

 

Weekend experiences, long experiences or great experiences, conditions subject to the current Package Travel Act.
