DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT MADRID
Transfer from Madrid airport. Depending on the time of arrival, walking tour through the "Madrid de los Austrias". Depending on the time of arrival, we will have dinner with the famous "huevos rotos" (scrambled eggs).
DAY 2: MADRID
Breakfast. Options of visits (not included):
- Morning Madrid, afternoon Toledo or El Escorial
- Morning Toledo, afternoon El Escorial
- Morning any of the above options afternoon for shopping
Lunch: typical madrilenian "cocido", callos, etc.
Possibility to add extra night.
DAY 3: MADRID-LA MANCHA-SEVILLA
Breakfast at the hotel. Early departure to La Mancha and visit the famous windmills of Campo de Criptana, birthplace of Sara Montiel. Visit to the Museum of Don Quixote and of course some wineries. Lunch with La Mancha specialties. In the afternoon continuation to Seville and evening tapas.
DAY 4: SEVILLE
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of the city. Los Alcazares Reales, Plaza de España, the Giralda, Torre del Oro, etc. Lunch. Possibility of boat trip on the Guadalquivir. Tapas dinner in the Triana district.
DAY 5: SEVILLA-JEREZ
Breakfast at the hotel, departure to Jerez de la Frontera with one of the most famous wines in the world. Visit to the Carthusian stud farm. Lunch. In the afternoon visit to one of its famous wineries with wine tasting. Stroll through the center for dinner and attend a flamenco show.
DAY 6: JEREZ-CÓRDOBA
Breakfast at the hotel. Early departure to Cordoba. Visit of the city and its impressive Mosque-Cathedral and the Jewish quarter. Lunch based on local specialties such as salmorejo and oxtail. Possibility to visit its famous patios (depending on the season). Dinner at one of its famous taverns.
DAY 7: CÓRDOBA-ANTEQUERA-MALAGA
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Malaga after visiting the area of Antequera with its Dolmens and of course a winery. Lunch in the city and visit of the center and its Collegiate Church. Continuation to Malaga. Night walk and tapas dinner.
DAY 8: MALAGA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of the city. Lunch at a "chiringuito" (beach bar) and we will learn how the "espetos de sardinas" (sardine skewers) are made. Afternoon free to visit a museum like the Picasso or one of the "white pubs" of the province. Dinner-tapeo. Overnight.
DAY 9: MALAGA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to a winery in Ronda. Sustainable lunch. In the afternoon visit of the village and the oldest bullring in the world. Return to Malaga. Lodging.
DAY 10: MALAGA-GRANADA-MALAGA
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Granada to visit the most visited monument in Spain "La Alhambra". Lunch and tea in the Moorish quarter. Return to Malaga. Special farewell dinner with wine pairing.
DAY 11: MALAGA
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport. END OF TRIP.
