09.30 h. Arrival at the KNOlive oil mill for a visit and oil tasting with breakfast (if the weather allows it, it will be held among olive trees after the visit).

11.30 h. Transfer to the mycological garden and visit
The Mycological Garden La Trufa, pioneer in its kind and unique in Europe, has its facilities located in the vicinity of the village of Zagrilla in the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park and owes its name to the summer truffle, a species similar to the black truffle, which is usually found in pasture oak groves, with less vegetation cover than in which the black truffle is found and adapted to a wider range of temperature and less rainfall.

This space, of singularity and beauty, has been declared a UNESCO World Geopark and is recognized as a Natura 2000 Special Area of Conservation (ZEC) and Special Protection Area for Birds (ZEPA).
