Just the right size to make the tour as practical as it is effective, it concentrates all the history and rituals of wine in a pleasant way. The audiovisual effects, the virtual tastings of aromas, smells and colours, and the didactic panels all contribute to making the tour of the museum a dynamic experience that prepares the visitor for the main course of the visit: the 4D sensory experience in four dimensions "In the land of dreams".
 
In this short film, a Vinfo (wine elf) invites the public to discover the heritage, tradition and culture of Rioja Alavesa, as well as a different way of looking at life.

The exclusive technology used to make it allows a new way of discovering the richness of the area, introducing children and adults alike to a world of surprising sensations.

  • Individual txupito of homemade tomato cream in our own style.
  • Individual airtight jar of foie curd with Villa-Lucía apple compote.
  • Carpaccio of heifer carpaccio from the Sierra de Cantabria with slices of Idiazabal, salt from Añana and Arróniz extra virgin olive oil ice cream.
  • Centre course of grilled cutlet croquettes on egg dish
• SECOND COURSES TO CHOOSE FROM:
  • Faroe cod fillet Rioja style
  • or Roasted pork knuckle with garnish
  • or Grilled hamburger with Idiazabal (240 grams of veal from Álava) with two sauces and potatoes.

Enjoyment of the experiences:

• 1-day or weekend experiences can be enjoyed individually or in a group.
• Long experiences or large experiences may require a minimum number of participants (usually 8).
• Conditions and cancellation fees for "Premium Experiences" should be consulted on a case-by-case basis.

 

Cancellation policy:

• 1-day experiences:
  • With more than 7 days notice there are no cancellation fees.
  • Between 7 and 3 days before departure 25% of the total amount of the trip.
  • 2 days before or no show at departure 100% of the total cost of the trip
  • In case of special conditions of hiring a service: 100% of the total cost of the trip
  • Administration fee: 5€.
• Weekend experiences, long experiences or great experiences:
  • With more than 14 days notice there is no cancellation fee.
  • Between 14 and 10 days, 5% of the total amount of the trip.
  • Between 10 and 7 days 15% of the total cost of the trip
  • Between 7 and 3 days before departure 25% of the total cost of the trip
  • 2 days before or no-show at departure 100% of the total cost of the trip
  • In case of special conditions of contracting a service such as transport, accommodation, etc., 100% of the total cost may apply
  • Management fees that could be applied in case of cancellation of the trip:
    • Weekend experiences: 10€.
    • Long experiences or big experiences: 20€.
