Galicia. Gastronomic tour

Day 1: CITY OF ORIGIN - VIGO
Arrival of participants in Santiago or Vigo, pick-up at both airports or stations. Transfer to the hotel in Vigo. Walk through the city centre for tapas. Overnight stay.

Day 2: VIGO - ALVARIÑO WINERY
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the Gran Bazan Winery to get to know the Alvariño D.O.. After the visit, tasting menu at the winery. Return to Vigo to stroll around the city centre. Overnight stay.

Day 3: VIGO - ORENSE
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to two D.O. Ribeiro wineries and the nearby landscapes for the obligatory photos. Transfer to the hotel in Orense. Dinner with tasting menu at the hotel.

4th Day: ORENSE- RIBEIRA SACRA - ORENSE
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to a D.O. Ribeira Sacra winery to get to know this other appellation and taste another menu in the annexed restaurant. In the afternoon transfer to the hotel in Orense to enjoy an afternoon at the spa.

Day 5: ORENSE - LUGO
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to visit the beautiful Roman city of Lugo. Free afternoon and evening to enjoy the city's famous tapas.

Day 6º: LUGO - SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA - LA CORUÑA
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Santiago to visit the city of the apostle in this Xacobean year. We recommend a visit to "Marida e venceras" where books and wine are combined. Free time until transfer to Coruña.

Day 7: LA CORUÑA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the Estrella Galicia factory to enjoy the Estrella Galicia experience. Lunch in the city centre. Free afternoon and farewell dinner at the Estrella Galicia Brewery in the city centre.

Day 8: LA CORUÑA - CITY OF ORIGIN
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to airports and stations to take transport back home. END OF THE TRIP AND OUR SERVICES.

Enjoyment of the experiences:

• 1-day or weekend experiences can be enjoyed individually or in a group.
• Long experiences or large experiences may require a minimum number of participants (usually 8).
• Conditions and cancellation fees for "Premium Experiences" should be consulted on a case-by-case basis.

 

Cancellation policy:

• 1-day experiences:
  • With more than 7 days notice there are no cancellation fees.
  • Between 7 and 3 days before departure 25% of the total amount of the trip.
  • 2 days before or no show at departure 100% of the total cost of the trip
  • In case of special conditions of hiring a service: 100% of the total cost of the trip
  • Administration fee: 5€.
• Weekend experiences, long experiences or great experiences:
  • With more than 14 days notice there is no cancellation fee.
  • Between 14 and 10 days, 5% of the total amount of the trip.
  • Between 10 and 7 days 15% of the total cost of the trip
  • Between 7 and 3 days before departure 25% of the total cost of the trip
  • 2 days before or no-show at departure 100% of the total cost of the trip
  • In case of special conditions of contracting a service such as transport, accommodation, etc., 100% of the total cost may apply
  • Management fees that could be applied in case of cancellation of the trip:
    • Weekend experiences: 10€.
    • Long experiences or big experiences: 20€.

 

Weekend experiences, long experiences or great experiences, conditions subject to the current Package Travel Act.
